We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and report changes to physicians and care teams.
Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for certain specialties.
Previous clinical experience is preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply where applicable.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
