Position Overview

The Radiology Manager oversees daily operations, technical performance, quality outcomes, and compliance across assigned imaging modalities, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care aligned with hospital goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily radiology operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality care
Ensure technical competency and performance of radiology staff
Develop and monitor KPIs, productivity, and staffing models
Manage budgeting, equipment performance, and regulatory compliance
Lead Quality Improvement initiatives and reporting
Support staff training, evaluations, performance management, and engagement
Uphold patient experience standards and manage service recovery
Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program
Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years of supervisory experience
Minimum three (3) years of radiology leadership/supervisory experience
NYS Licensed Radiologic Technologist
ARRT Registered
Preferred: Certification/licensure in advanced imaging modalities

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $150,000–$165,000/year (DOE)
