POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Imaging Services, the Radiology Coordinator provides both administrative and technical support to the Imaging Department. Responsibilities include scheduling staff shifts within the Radiography modality, managing timekeeping records, coordinating relief for lunch breaks, and serving as a backup Radiographer when needed. The Radiology Coordinator collaborates directly with the Imaging Services Director on quality assurance initiatives and assists with key user duties for imaging information systems. A positive customer service attitude is maintained in all aspects of the role, including conducting oneself professionally and courteously during all interactions. The Radiology Coordinator accepts personal responsibility for adhering to professional standards and carries out all duties in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
A minimum of two (2) years of Imaging - Radiography experience
Registered Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
BLSP (CPR) through the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment
