This is a rare opportunity to take a smoothly operating, well-regarded Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) from good to GREAT — with the autonomy to shape strategy and the hands-on involvement to execute it.
As CEO, you'll own regulatory compliance, patient and employee satisfaction, and the organization's financial and operational success, while caring for some of the most medically complex patients in the region.
What You'll Do:
- Set strategy and drive accountability for hospital operations in line with Landmark Hospitals' policies and standards
- Own financial performance — overseeing collections, expenditures, and cash flow optimization
- Ensure the facility is safe, sound, and appropriately insured against risk
- Build upon strong referral relationships with partner and host hospitals to grow admissions and community synergy
- Recruit, develop, and engage a team focused on delivering excellent patient care
- Maintain key relationships across the hospital, corporate leadership, and the broader community
- Serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors and Medical Staff, supporting medico-administrative needs
- Represent the hospital in relationships with other healthcare organizations and the community at large
The Chief Executive Officer is the direct representative of the Board of Managers in the management of the hospital. The Chief Executive Officer is given the necessary authority and is responsible for the operation and administration of the hospital and all its departments, subject to the powers of the Board of Managers of Landmark Hospitals for their location.
