Introduction to Aspire Future Leaders Programme
Aspire Future Leaders Programme is a fast-track twelve-month job rotation, which serves as a catalyst for career development. The programme serves as a strategic talent pipeline, aimed at nurturing future leaders by immersing participants in meaningful, real-world work and cross-functional learning experiences
The components of the programme have been weaved together such that our trainees emerge with valuable insights, the 'know-how' to deliver, and confidence to make meaningful decisions pertaining to their future careers.
The programme includes global exposure, mentorship, leadership networking opportunities and customized learning and development opportunities.
We invite applicants from Kenya and Uganda to join this exciting program, offering a clear career pathway for growth and development.
Responsibilities
The rotation programme will help to gain functional expertise. They will be working on assigned projects in their departments of rotation. These may include:
• Review HR processes, systems, and global best practices to identify opportunities for enhancing human capital management and organizational effectiveness.
• Support executive search and talent acquisition initiatives through market research, talent mapping, and industry analysis.
• Participate in Learning and Development programs, including training coordination, internship support, and volunteer engagement initiatives.
• Assist the Office of Wellbeing, Employee Engagement, and Belonging in developing and implementing employee-focused programs and annual engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects focused on process automation, system enhancements, operational efficiency, and the implementation of new HR initiatives.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to generate workforce insights and improve decision-making through HR analytics.
• Develop analytical skills and apply data-driven approaches to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support strategic human resource planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that enhance employee experience, organizational culture, and business performance.
Requirements
• Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably ongoing in Human Resource or related field.
• -Maximum one(1) year of relevant experience.
• Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance.
• Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application
