Wills Eye Hospital, a world-renowned leader in ophthalmic care, education, and research, is seeking full-time Staff Ophthalmologist to join our distinguished Cataract and Primary Eye Care Department.

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care with a strong focus on resident education and training.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong clinical and surgical expertise in comprehensive ophthalmology.
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
- The ability to practice effectively in a high-volume, sophisticated clinical environment with access to advanced technology, multidisciplinary expertise and extensive institutional resources.
