The Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), Mount Auburn Hospital/Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) is seeking applications and nominations for the position of Chief Medical Officer (CMO). An academic appointment as an Assistant or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School (HMS) will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements in addition to teaching activities. Candidates must possess an MD or DO, be board certified, eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts, and qualify for appointment at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School. Pay Range: $412,600.00 USD - $473,400.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for additional compensation, which may include performance-based incentive bonuses. |
