Position Summary:
Reporting to the EVP & CFO, the Senior Vice President of Financial Operations & Corporate Accounting is a key financial leader for BILH and its subsidiaries. This role serves as the Accounting Principal and oversees systemwide Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Net Revenue, Tax, and Treasury. The SVP is responsible for financial reporting, audits, budgeting, internal controls, and driving operational and strategic financial excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee System Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Net Revenue, Tax, and Treasury teams.
- Drive a highperformance culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the monthly close process, financial statements, and internal/external reporting.
- Lead annual audit activities and present results to the Board Audit & Compliance Committee.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, strategic plan development, and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS; evaluate and implement accounting policy updates.
- Optimize financial systems and partner with IT on new technology implementations.
- Provide strategic financial counsel to the CFO and executive leadership.
- Present updates to Board Committees and represent the organization externally as needed.
- Support workforce productivity initiatives and ensure strong internal controls across financial operations.
- Develop and coach highperforming teams, ensuring skill development and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience in healthcare or public accounting with healthcare clients.
- At least 5 years in senior corporate financial leadership.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent experience leading a healthcare accounting function at the VP, Controller, or CFO level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, lead change, and solve complex problems in a missiondriven organization.
Pay Range:
$431,100.00 USD – $526,800.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
