Join a specialized Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic that provides comprehensive, high‑quality care to patients with complex obstetric needs. This small, collaborative unit supports a multidisciplinary team, including nursing, ultrasound, and clinical support staff, all working closely with the physician to deliver exceptional patient care. Team members assist with procedures, coordinate patient scheduling, manage referrals, and support the care of individuals with gestational diabetes. The role also involves reviewing charts, entering lab and ultrasound orders, and helping ensure a smooth, well‑organized clinical experience for every patient.
Shifts:
- Full-time Days; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:45-4pm; Wednesday 7:45am-12:00pm
- No on call

- Develop expertise in caring for patients experiencing high‑impact, life‑changing obstetric events.
- Strengthen skills in providing compassionate support to patients and families during significant and emotionally meaningful moments.
- Build confidence in managing complex clinical situations within a specialized maternal‑fetal population.
- Enhance communication and patient‑education skills, particularly for individuals navigating pregnancy‑related conditions such as gestational diabetes.
- Gain experience collaborating closely with a small, highly coordinated team where adaptability and shared responsibility are essential.
- Refine organizational and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced clinic that requires efficient scheduling, chart review, and coordination of care.
- Develop resilience and problem‑solving abilities by working in an environment where team members rely on one another to maintain seamless operations when staffing is limited.

Qualifications
- Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Education: The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
