Are you a compensation expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and business partnership? We are looking for a Compensation Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide compensation programs aligned with our Total Rewards philosophy.
This is a high-impact role partnering closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned to organizational strategy.
What You’ll Lead:
Market benchmarking, competitive pay analysis, and compensation structure design
Annual compensation cycle planning and execution
Compensation survey strategy and governance
Career architecture and salary framework development
Pay equity and compliance initiatives
Compensation systems, tools, and vendor partnerships
Training and consulting support for HR and leadership teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. (Required), Master's Degree Related field (Preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in HR, Finance, or Data-related roles
- 5+ years of direct Compensation experience
- Demonstrated leadership in projects/programs
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical expertise
- Experience with compensation platforms and data visualization tools (preferred)
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Ability to influence and consult with leaders across the organization
- CCP certification (preferred)
