In this role, you will function as an expert clinician in Wound and Enterostomal Care and assists patients through the continuum of care and treatment. Provide care and education to patients and their families with select disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems. Collaborate with all members of the interdisciplinary team to anticipate and respond to changes in patient health status and patient/family perceptions of care.
