step into a key leadership role. Someone who not only delivers exceptional clinical care, but who thrives on

Physiotherapy. Working closely with the Primary Care Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
strengthening capability across the entire Allied Health team.

Lead the Physiotherapy service and drive clinical excellence across the organisation
Mentor and develop Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students
Apply advanced clinical reasoning across complex and varied caseloads
Champion innovative models of care to meet evolving community needs
Deliver and support community-based programs, including chronic disease management and group
classes
Partner with leadership to shape strategy, improve services, and build capability across Allied
Health
Drive quality improvement, research, and evidence-based practice
