Vitae Family Care Clinic is a small, close-knit family practice led by Dr. Greg McKernan. We’re a Catholic, pro-life mission practice dedicated to fostering healthy, vibrant, growing families. Our care is unhurried and personal, and we take the time to know our patients.

The Role
As our Office RN, you’ll work side by side with Dr. McKernan and help shape how a small practice runs day to day. No two days look the same.

What You'll Do

• Room patients and take histories
• Give injections and assist with minor in-office procedures
• Call patients with test results and follow up on care
• Manage referrals and prior authorizations
• Document care in Aprima EMR, supported by an AI scribe tool

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license valid in Iowa
• Strong communication skills and comfort explaining sensitive information to patients
• Able to juggle shifting priorities in a small-team setting
• Comfortable using technology, including AI tools
• Comfortable working in a practice that reflects Catholic, pro-life values
• Aprima experience is a plus but not required. Dr. McKernan is happy to train someone without prior clinic experience.

What We Offer
