Trenton Psychiatric Hospital is an inpatient psychiatric hospital serving a diverse population of adults with severe and persistent mental illness and forensic issues. We are looking for motivated and dedicated behavior analysts to work within an interdisciplinary treatment team. This is an opportunity for a behavior analyst to take on the unique challenge of supporting our patients in skill building and behavior reduction. Job tasks include, but are not limited to, conducting functional behavioral assessments and preference assessments; developing individualized, function-based behavior support plans; and staff training. Additionally, behavior analysts will supervise a team of behavior support technicians. We have a cohesive department of psychologists and behavior support technicians who work together to provide extraordinary care to our patients.  Trenton Psychiatric Hospital is an equal opportunity employer.

CERTIFICATION:
Applicants must possess a certificate as a Certified Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.

EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year of post Associate Behavior Analyst certification experience.

LICENSE:
Appointees will be required to possess a driver’s license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
